Book on Financial Planning for Software Professionals
Recently, as FPGI member, I contributed to a book by CNBCTV18 written specifically for Software Professionals. This book aims to be a guide for them to get acquainted with financial concepts and products. It covers various aspects of personal finance which includes creating smart goals, relevant exposure to financial instruments,having a backup plan, section on taxation, bonuses and ESOPs.The book also features few case studies of IT professionals by members of FPGI, which helps in understanding practical applications of various personal finance aspects. The book is written keeping in mind the financial issues that a Software Professionals may typically face.
